I travel a lot for business so I stay at many different hotels. Recently I stayed at the AmericInn in Fargo, North Dakota.

This is a great hotel to stay at if you are in the Fargo area. I paid a rate of $79 a night for a 2 queen bed room.

The hotel itself was very clean and the rooms were spacious. The room had a refrigerator but no microwave. I also like that the room had a pretty good size lock safe. The room also came coffee maker. The coffee was OK, drinkable in the mornings.

The hotel was in a good location. It was near a good size grocery store and many different restaurants, all within walking distance.

I have to give high reviews to the staff at AmericInn. When I got there my reservation was incorrect. I had reserved a non smoking room but they had me down for a smoking room. The hotel was fairly booked at day, but the check in staff was able to work me into a non smoking room, even with a smile on his face. Even the check out staff in the morning was very friendly.

This hotel also does have a complimentary breakfast, which is better then most hotels I have been in. They have your standard donuts, toast, cereal, muffins, OJ, milk and coffee but it also has waffles and biscuits and gravy. It was nice to have something hot in the morning for once at a hotel.

The breakfast area was roomy and clean.

My one and only problem with this hotel is the beds I had were not comfortable. Maybe it was just my room, but the bed seemed to be very worn. It made for a uncomfortable night and a sore back in the morning.

Even with the uncomfortable beds I would stay there again because over all it was a great hotel for the price.
