I first began this medicine because I get routine sinusitis. I get malaise, post-nasal drip, stuffy nose, and runny nose. Every time I go to my doctor, she puts me on this. Normally I take this 3 times a day for 10 days. It's very effective and it does work. When you first begin this medicine you should decide if you'll take it seven or eight hours apart. I always take it seven hours apart because that's what works for me but it's different for everyone. After you take it, always drink liquids after it to help wash it down. I drink water or juice.

The side effects are, "nausea, vomiting, rashes, and colitis". The nausea usually goes away after the first two days.

If you get the pills, the bottle is usually the size of a small candy bar and the pills are fat. The good news is (for people who have difficulty swallowing pills) they can come in chewable form. If you get liquid, it's pink (the color of Pepto-Bismol) and sweet. The flavor tastes like cherry and bubble gum. The bottle is a tiny bit larger than a baby's feeding bottle.

It meets its purpose very well. I once used this and it prevented an infection for another 6 months! It feels like it flushes your sinuses for the first 3 days, but then afterwards you get relief. Now I get an infection every three months, but this medicine serves its purpose.
