Aveeno has been around for years. They have made hand lotions and bath salt for a long time. There product are sold every where. Now Aveeno has decided to branch out into the shampoo and conditioner department.
I must start by saying the Aveeno Nourish & revitalize shampoo and conditioner that I am using to do this review was a gift so to speak from Bzz Agent. Bzz Agent is a web site you join and they give you products they call campaigns to try. After you try them and give reviews and tell friends your job is done. This is the reason they give away products because of the great word or mouth advertising they get for the merchant.
I recieved my Aveeno shampoo a few weeks ago. I have been using it for a week now and I love it. I color my hair so my hair is damaged. After shampooing with this shampoo I could not believe how soft my hair felt. I also liked the way it rinsed out of my hair so easy. I did not have that wax feeling you get with some conditioners.
The product contains: Water, ammonium lauryl sulfate, dimethicone, sodium cumenesulfonate, cocamide mea, cetyl alcohol, triticum vulgare wheat gluten, triticum vulgare wheat germ oil, mauritia flexuose fruit oil, acrylates copolymer, cocamidopropyl betaine, caprylyi, fragrance, phenoxyethanol, glycol distearate, tetrasodium edta, guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride, glycerin, polyquatermium-10, mica, titamium dioxide and cittis acid. It also contains wheat proteins as well. These are the exact ingredience that are on the package so there are no questions about what is in this product.
I do not know what all these ingredience mean but they do clean my hair very well and leave a nice smell behing. The smell is not over powering like some shampoos but very mild and pleasant. I only use a little bit and I get a lot of lather.
