OK, Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware was just something I got in an emergency since AVG wasn't working. This was before Bitdefender. It installed pretty easily and it doesn't take up a lot of space on my laptop. It's similar to any anti-virus software I have used, but there are some differences.
It does scan the computer, but only if you initiate it. It can get rid of any problems on your computer, that is, if you have it installed before the problem. It even gets rid of some issues that Bitdefender won't touch, but there is something that bugs me about this program.
Unlike other anti-virus programs, this one doesn't warn you to update or scan when you haven't scanned a while. So you have to keep an eye out for that. It isn't capable of being updated either, though it does seem to be on top of everything all the time. It matches Bitdefender and sometimes out does it, so I think it has a little bit of good and bad in it.
