I want to start out saying that you cannot find a more incredible and amazing band such as Fast Breeder Reactor. Their first album "Antheus For Androids" gives you the introduction to a world of music that I have never heard. If you like eighties music, if you like techno, if you like rock, you will love this album because it is a mixture of all of the above. Three local guys (stage names Kilroy, Dwight, and Pony) trying to make a name for themselves out in the huge world have successfully done it. Each song is written in a text with so profound and amazingly attractive story line, and I can't stress the extremely talented Kilroy on vocals and guitar. Dwight plays a awesome bass and vocals, and Pony's talent on synths and vocals again are not to be overlooked.

Each member has a strong love and dedication for the music and it is seen in every one of their songs and every one of their performances.

The album has 12 tracks: "Neptune", "Eighties Child", "Plastic", "Coffee Boy", "Buddha Rock", "Limbo Blue", "The Ghosts of Sugar Lane", "Stupid Cupid", "Warhol Nation", "Electro-cute", "For You, With You", and "Triton".

All of the songs are astounding in every way. There is no strange silences or gaps between tracks, the songs flow quite nicely from one song to the next. My personal favorite songs are "Eighties Child" and "Electro-Cute".

I had the pleasure of seeing Fast Breeder Reactor perform the entire new album live and the energy and dedication they put into their work is something that is rare to see anymore.

I bought "Antheus For Androids" at their CD release party for $5, however they are selling them on their website at http://www.fastbreederreactor.com/. I highly suggest checking them out, you won't be disappointed!
