This is a poor quality software for copying corrupted contents. I got the software very recently just to copy some of my contents which were very corrupted in a CD. So I thought I would use this software. And what happened was it took fifteen hours and copied only 10 per cent of the CD.

As advertised, the software can copy from CD, DVD, HD DVD, etc., copy files from network, copy from damaged drives, merge broken files etc.

But what makes it unusable is that it delays about 50 milliseconds between every retry attempts. Also it makes one retry for every sector. This, with thousands of sectors in your CD rom drive damaged, will take more than a day’s time to complete. This is far slower than how other software like Alcohol 120 % can retrieve your files. Also, you might want to try ISO buster, which is a better software for this purpose.

Anyreader can rescue damaged files well, but damage should be less. Otherwise it will take too much time for that. It is usable for network copying, hard disk copying etc. Network copying can even be resumed if the connection was lost. You can get the software as a free download, and it will need be registered for full capability. Other than the fact that it can be rather slow, it is a good and useful software. The user interface is commendable, and easy to use.
