I've been reaching for this blush rather than my powder blushes more often than not. This is a water-based gel cheek tint in a stick form (It looks kind of like a Push Pop), so I just grab it and dab it on my cheeks real quick, rub it in, then I'm out the door. It's a lot quicker than the whole brush, palette, powder routine.
This cheek stain is alcohol-free which means it doesn't cause skin dryness. It is also oil-free, something I'm always looking for since my skin is prone to break-outs at the slightest thing. All their cheek stains contain a blend of antioxidants called the Tarte T5 Super Fruit Complex. I was impressed when I read about that. I like makeup that doubles as skincare. As in, this blush not only gives me a flushed look, but cares for my skin also.
The color I use is called Blushing Bride. It came in a set called Tarte 101: Intro to Beauty. For reference: the UPC code on the kit reads, 839437005896.
