Arbonne's Go Easy! Protein Shakes are by far the best protein shakes I've tried so far. They come in a variety of flavors, including Chai Latte, Chocolate, and Vanilla. Seasonal flavors pop up during certain times of the year. I find that mixing flavors (vanilla and chai; chocolate and chai) is also fun!
The protein shakes provide a great amount of protein (14g per serving), but I do NOT recommend mixing with water. Of course, that's common with most shakes. Mix with a little soy milk for an added protein kick and you'll be well on your way.
Arbonne's Figure 8 program has a dedicated website where you can find dozens of recipes for mixing shakes, so you should never get bored with these mixes. They're delicious and they're jam packed with the nutrients you need to maintain your weight, lose weight, or to supplement your exercise routine. The shakes have been one of my favorite snacks for a while and I highly recommend them!
