Personally, I was unenthused after trying to the Arbonne Just Go! Orange Fiber Shake. First of all, I don't even like the name, as "Just Go!" makes me wonder if I will be spending more time than not "going" to the bathroom after drinking this shake.
So, Arbonne's Orange Fiber Shake is supposed to provide half the daily recommended intake of fiber, but we all know that the amount of an ingredient in a product doesn't necessarily absorb into the body, so you're likely getting less than half. The shake is kosher, for those who care, but it's orange flavored and "orange flavored" products have never topped my list of likables.
You should be able to drink one Just Go! shake per day to balance your fiber intake, which is good if you can stand the flavor. I, personally, didn't like the shake but am willing to admit it may just be a matter of taste. Give it a shot if you're curious, but I recommend not wasting the money if you're not really into fiber shakes.
