Let me begin this review by saying I am a woman who HATES shoes. When I am home I walk around all day either without shoes or in socks. When I go out I slip on flip flops, sneakers or clogs and as soon as I walk in the front door, those come off.

My husband asked me a few weeks ago if these was anything I wanted for Christmas. There is nothing I really need so I decided to get something I have always wanted and have always been to cheap to go buy and that is a pair of Uggs or another pair of boots like them. Being a man, he said there was no way he would buy me a pair with out me picking out the exact ones I wanted. Last weekend we went to to mall to look around since I had no clue what I wanted either. We looked through several stores and none of the styles caught my eye. In JCPenney's I saw the Paige Fur Booties on the shelf and they were really close to a style I liked. When I put my hand inside, I knew I had found the shoes for me.

They are like wearing your favorite pair of fuzzy slippers. They are padded microsuede on the outside and soft and fuzzy fur all on the inside. They come about 2 inches above the ankle when they are up like a bootie but they can also be folded over so there is a fur cuff around them as well. They are accented on the side of each on with a matching bow. They have a 1/4 inch rubber sole on the bottom that graduates up to a 1/2 inch heel in the back. They are available in both black and brown and are warm and comfortable. They do fit a little loose and your foot does move around a little on the inside because of the fur so if you like your shoes a little tighter (I don't) you might want to try a little smaller size than you normally wear. I wear them so much my husband yells at me to take them off around the house.

Do you know what I am doing this weekend? I am going back to Penney's and getting a second pair in brown, they are that good.
