I have been a customer of Cingular Wireless for 10 years. They are now ATT/Cingular. I chose Cingular because they were the first to offer family talk with rollover minutes. My two sons and I share this plan which gives us 700 anytime minutes to share, as well as unlimited nights and weekends. Any unused anytime minutes which aren't used are rolled over to the next month. Minutes remain in your rollover account for up to 12 months. It also allows us to call any other Cingular/ATT customer or text them free of charge.
ATT/Cingular has a huge network area and dropped calls are almost non-existent. My husband is on a bike trip across Kansas right now, in the middle of nowhere and still has service. I do all of my shopping for phones on the ATT website. When you are eligible for an upgrade in your phone, you pay $18 and then pick out your new phone, most of them are free or nearly free, on line and it is shipped to you. I have had no problems with ATT/Cingular's service department. I can heartily recommend ATT/Cinular cellular.
