As of now, I can't recall the last time in which I would open the usual lotion/skin treatment cabinet and NOT find an Aveeno bottle, just sitting there, looking on and giving the guilt of spending so much money on bottles week in and week out. Despite that being the case, it's all worth it as it's THE lotion in my book; never once has it failed to relieve abrupt, unorthodox skin conditions. For example, there's ashiness, which is something my little niece, unfortunately, tends to have quite often (not to say that it isn't uncommon or anything as it's far from a rare condition). The lotion does exactly what it says, which is the reason why it's become a tradition in the household to have these laying around whenever in need. 24-hour moisturizing effect? Check. No longer having to worry about dry skin? Check. Can be considered as "not just your ordinary" lotion? Check.
The list goes on and on as to what this wonderful product does for anyone, and it's not solely because of the traditional-purpose-of-the-lotion. The Aveeno lotion (which is dermatologist recommended, not to mention) contains natural oatmeal which makes the 24-hour moisturizing effect on the skin, as well as putting "dry skin" merely a thing of the past with the dry skin protection ingredients being a part of the equation, possible. Furthermore, the Aveeno lotion is absolutely fragrance free, which happens to be one of the problems associated with many skin lotions currently out on the market.
Also, the simple fact that this lotion has been available for nearly a century makes it safe to say that you've got quite the lotion to behold, and once you do, you'll find yourself saying it just as the mafia does, "fuggedaboutit!"
