When looking to start potty training my child, I researched many different potty chairs and the pros and cons of using one. I went against my best judgement and tried some fancy three-in-one potty that was also a step stool and could be used on a toilet itself. I ended up returning it immediately and going for the gold with the Baby Bjorn Potty Chair.
The beauty of the Baby Bjorn Potty Chair is its simplicity. It is nothing more than a receptacle that sits on the floor. However, the design of the chair is what makes it worth the money. There is not a potty chair on the market that is more sturdy than this chair. The back is high and the base is wide with a rubber lining to prevent skidding/moving. It is ergonomically designed with arm rests and plenty of room for the legs to rest while the child is sitting for long periods of time. The plastic is durable and easy to clean. The inner potty bowl is easy to remove and for proper cleaning and sanitizing.
I wouldn't use any other potty chair!!!
