I have been a user of The Pampered Chef Baking Stones for over twelve years. I do not own every size and shape offered, but the few I do have can be used to meet any of my baking needs. The medium round baking stone (13 inch diameter) was the first stone I purchased and I admit I was a bit hesitant about using it. You have to season your stone the first few times and that can be done best by cooking something that is very greasy. I have used my stones for frozen pizza, homemade pizza, chocolate chip cookies, fish, and frozen foods such as chicken nuggets and french fries. Yes, you can cook fish and cookies on the same stone. I also use the small bar pan (6 1/4 x 8 3/4 inches) in my toaster oven and I love it!

The care of baking stones is easy. You let it soak in hot water and then scrape with the nylon scraper provided with your purchase and wipe dry. Never use soap on your stone and it cannot go in the dishwasher. The Pampered Chef stones are great quality. I did have one of my stones break and I just contacted a consultant for the company and received a brand new one within a week. You can purchase from The Pampered Chef website or a consultant, but these products are not sold in stores.
