I got these socks at Bath and Body Works. I liked the color and the fact that they were very soft. They also have little non-slip pads on the bottom so you won't fall down if you are walking on smooth surfaces wearing socks. These socks say they are infused with shea butter, and that it will last up to 25 washings. I haven't noticed a difference in how moisturized my feet are from wearing shea-infused socks, but they are still as soft as they were when I bought them (and I've washed them about 10 times).

The socks were made in China, and they contain 91% nylon, 7% polyester, and 2% spandex. I'm not sure why socks need to have spandex, but it might be because they are recommended for sizes 5-10. I wear a size 7 women's shoe, and these socks fit me fine. They aren't too tight, and they don't slide down my feet after several hours of wear. They also have plenty of room in the toes so they don't bunch up on you when you put your foot in a shoe.

It's been really cold this winter so far, and these socks keep my feet warm. I have never had to take them off because my feet got too warm, however. They also work well with slide-on clogs, despite the non-slip bottoms on the socks.

The instructions say you can wash the socks in cold water on a gentle cycle using only non-chlorine bleach as needed. They can go in the dryer, too, despite the shea butter. The tag said to tumble dry low, but I dry mine with my other clothes on medium and so far I haven't experienced any negative results from the higher temperature.

The list price for these cute striped socks was $7.50, but I got them on sale for $5.00. They are super soft and comfortable, and I like the vibrant colors as well. I haven't had any problems with them since I've had them, and I'd recommend you go buy some at the end of year when Bath and Body Works brings them back around the holidays; I know I will be picking up some more!
