I wanted to use a product for my fruit trees that I hoped would be more environmentally friendly. I didn't want to use a toxic spray for my apple and peach trees. I heard about Bayer Advanced from a friend of mine who had used it on her fruit trees. You only have to apply it once a year and it not only protected the trees from insects but was also a fertilizer. I also liked the fact that it was only a once a year application and didn't have to have repeated dosings.

I eagerly purchased the Bayer Advanced from my local Lowe's store. I followed the directions and told my daughter about the amazingly easy product so she could use it on her trees too. I was very disappointed when I saw that my peach trees leaves started curling and when my little peaches started drying up and dying I was heartbroken. When my apples were just as wormy as they were without pesticides I was really disgusted.

I was concerned that maybe I didn't use the product correctly. When my daughter and friend both reported the same negative results I realized it wasn't me but the product. I would never recommend Bayer Advanced to anyone!

I don't know if it is true but it has been reported that Bayer Advanced is being blamed for the deaths of honeybees. If anyone else has had experience with this product in a negative or positive way I would be glad to be informed of it.
