I purchased my Benadryl Extra Strength Itch Relief Stick at CVS for $4.99. It is a .47 fluid oz stick with a screw off cap. The applicator is a sponge tip that when pressed releases diphenhydramine HCI 2% (topical analgesic) and zinc acetate 0.1% (skin protectant). Benadryl Extra Strength Itch Relief Stick is used to relieve pain and itching from insect bites, sunburn, skin irritations, minor burns, cuts and scrapes, and rashes from poison ivy, poison oak and poison sumac. It is recommended that I dab the product not more than three to four times daily to the affected area.

I love that Benadryl has come up with a portable product for those of us on the go with kids. There have been so many times that I have needed a product like this for my kids when we have been away from home. The stick is very slender and I keep it in the console of my van or toss it in my purse. The stick is not messy and there is no danger of me spilling it every where. The product works immediately applying applying to the area and lasts for hours. I highly recommend Benadryl Extra Strength Itch Relief Stick especially for those on the go.
