I have tried several coffee machines and couldn't find one that I liked. This one not only is easy to clean, but there is also no coffee pot to break. Trust me, that in itself, is by far the best feature. I know I'm not the only person out there who has broken a coffee pot and had to go to the store and try to find another that would fit my machine or have to break down and buy a whole new machine. The worst part is a new coffee pot is almost as expensive as a new machine. So, while out shopping one day, I happen to see this neat little coffee machine sitting on the store shelf. But I don't see a coffeee pot. I look a little closer and realize that this machine has a small button similar to what is on a fridge's water/ice dispenser. You just put your cup up against the button and the coffee comes out. It also has this neat little bucket part that holds the coffee. You take this off and fill to the line depending on how many cups of coffee you want (this happens to be a 10 cup). Dump your water into the back section, set your bucket back in place and turn your machine on. You'll notice that there is a small metal burner that the bucket part sits on, this is what will keep your coffee hot (works great if you have kids like I do, they won't reach up and touch the burner cause you can't even see it). It also has a built-in clock and timer you can set to brew your coffee at a set time. Has an automatic 2 hour shutoff too, in case you forget to turn it off.
