There are only 100 recipes, but each one is carefully explained step-by-step, with beautiful color photos to guide you along the way. Nutritional information is included with each recipe, a big help to the weight-concious. Suggestions for side dishes and included, with recipes for each. My favorite thing in this cookbook are the instructions for the most basic cooking - how to boil of fry an egg, cook a steak, prepare mashed potatoes, etc. Every recipe I have prepared from this cookbook has turned out GREAT! Everyone needs a copy of this!
