I really wanted to like this workout DVD, especially since I nearly wore out my copy of the first workout disc. Unfortunately, after trying it twice, I ended up putting it back in the case, and leaving it sitting on top of the television. The problem here is that they used both Bob, and the blond who briefly replaced Jillian Michaels on the show. The disc is divided into different workouts, based on men and women. The two sides only spend a few times together. The blond then becomes the host for all the women's sections and her over eager to please attitude is extremely off putting. She stands in the front, and seems to ignore the actual participants. You can clearly see the women begin to slack off a little, and not do the techniques properly, and she chooses to say nothing.

The other problem I had is that this workout is very intense, and there isn't any way to make it less intense. With the previous workout from The Biggest Loser, Bob passed along techniques to change things up a little for your fitness level. Here you are forced to follow the specific ones. After over 60 lunges and 60 squats, I could barely walk and the trainer went right back into more squats.

I like Bob, but my knees can't take this workout DVD.
