I've been using this sunscreen for two weeks now. I purchased this sunscreen because my friend recommended it to me. My friend is a Clinique-minded. She has all these Clinique products at her home. Lately I've been working out in the sunlight (take some morning exercises) and my hubby would likely take me for a walk at the nearest city in a bright sunshine day on the weekends. The morning sunshine may not be harmless in some locations but here in where we live, the sun is something 'evil' for us. Its sunlight (even in the morning) damages our skin badly. That's why I told my friend I needed something to protect my skin from the 'evil' sunlight. It becomes something that bothers me all along. She recommended this product, Clinique Super City Block SPF 40. Yes, this is truly something that I need. The high SPF in it (SPF 40) is really what I want. It comes in a petite tube (of 1.4 oz or 40ml), and it's tinted, so most of the time I don't need my foundation or moisturizer. I just apply it thinly on my face and off I go with my outdoor activities. Well, you don't need to live in the city to use it... lol...

What I like best is it's completely safe for my sensitive skin. But when acnes come to interrupt, I try to avoid any chemical substances on my face, including this one. I don't use it when pimples or acnes attack. I want to, but I guess I'm just too afraid of the effects. However, the acnes do attack not because I use this, no. It's because of my hormones, like in the menstrual period. So I will likely to avoid this on my period. To tell you the truth, this is really effective for protecting my skin from the 'evil' UVA and UVB. It doesn't grease either, and doesn't make my face oily. I know my skin will be fully protected when using this sunscreen, so I have nothing to fear now, walking in the exposed sunlight. I might probably look for a sunscreen for the body as well, maybe Clinique. I guess Clinique is proven as a great-quality brand, I might buy from this brand again. Well, although the price is a bit high for me.
