Bohnanza is a game of beans. It is a card game where you plant beans, trade beans and sell beans. You start out with five cards. You can never change the order of cards in your hand. On your turn you plant the first one or two beans in your hand. Then you turn over two cards. You either have to plant these cards or trade them to somebody else. Sometimes you just give them away to get rid of them. (if you can find someone to take them). Then you can trade cards from your hand with other players. You can sell your beans at any time. It tells you on the card how many beans you have to plant to get from one to four coins. When you sell your beans you simply turn your cards over and there is a coin symbol on the back so you don't have to worry about small pieces of gold to lose. There are many different kinds of beans worth different amounts. Cocoa beans are worth the most as there are only four of them in the whole deck. Coffee beans are worth the least as there are twenty four of them.
This game is a lot of fun to play. You can play with two to seven people.
This is one of my all time favorite games!
