The Boley Remote Hauler was an overall bad purchase I made just before the holidays in order to hold my little boy off till Christmas.. The little truck was supposed to be remote controlled from a small wired joystick unit. We found the wire connecting the unit to the vehicle was heavier than the vehicle itself, causing it to be nearly impossible to drive.

I also didn't like the wheels on this toy . The wheels were made of very hard slick plastic lacking any type of grip to carry the vehicle. We eventually ended up placing rubber bands around the wheel and tires to offer some amount of traction. The fix seemed to please my nine year old but I was still disappointed with the entire toy.

I wouldn't recommend this item to anyone for any child, it is useless for the most part. The best thing I can say about the toy is that it looks great. The truck is very nice looking for it to be such a disappointing unit. I believe if I had this toy as a child I would have removed the remote unit and pushed this truck by hand. a bad call for a toy, stay away from this one, it is a waste of four double A batteries.
