I am an electronic toy freak. I love it having kids I can buy things for, that I get to play with.
My youngest son's boom box wasn't reading the CDs anymore. He really wanted this Sony MP3 CD Boom Box, he found online. His mother and myself were not wild about the price tag on it. After some begging and pleading, we cracked a deal with my son. He would pay half.
It shipped and arrived at our house in about a week. It would have arrived sooner, but someone lost it over Texas, somewhere. For a few days there, I thought Matt was going through some kind of crisis, waiting for the boom box to arrive.
I let him play with it and figure it out. If he needed my help with his new toy, he'd ask me. Well, I never did ask me, so I barged into his bedroom that night and demanded to touch it.
All boom boxes I have ever bought, always had one draw back. Bass was hard to achieve, unless the blaster was as big as a small child.
What a cute little boom box it was. I was surprised it kicked out music that clean, and the bass was there. I turned up the volume to about half way, then had to back it down. The bedroom windows were reverberating! Thunder rippled through the room.
Sony put some bells and whistles to this machine. Plays CDs, Mp3s, has inputs for the computer, a Mega Bass system that is adjustable, a 30 station memory for preset radio stations to personalize and a clear, easy to follow manual.
We got an extended warrantee for the box and my son is a happy camper. Now my oldest son wants a digital sound studio. I hope he is kidding.
