In my continued search for sippy cups containing no bisphenol-A, I purchased two from Born Free. This cups is free of toxins that are in many plastic sippy cups, so is safer for children. The handles are nice for little hands, and the spout is soft.

When assembling the cup for the first time, however, I lost track of the number of times I said "are you kidding me?" This cup comes in six pieces! It is difficult to take apart and reassemble easily. So, you really have to pay for the bisphenol-A-free nature of the cup. This cups also leaks about a milliliter of fluid when it is first tipped over. This is not a problem for my toddler, except occasionally but I would not give it to my 9-month old.

In short, I am going to continue my search for a bisphenol-A-free sippy cup. Born Free cups are way overpriced and rife with problems.
