Brick Breaker offers a fresh and interesting concept to fans of computer puzzle games. When you start, the playing field is filled with square bricks of three colors: red, green, and yellow. You can get rid of them by clicking on groups of more than 2 by the same color (which is different from most puzzle games that have you put together groups of at least 3).
The objective of the game is to clear the field completely. If you have one-pieces left, you can get rid of them by using one of the 5 magic wands given to you at the beginning of the game. Each wand removes one one-piece, and you do not get more wands as you progress to the next level; when they are gone, they're gone. There is no time limit for each level, you can work on it as long as you wish, which is also a plus with me. The first time I played, I used up all the wands on Lever 1 - a mistake I never repeated.
I like puzzle games that involve strategic thinking; Brick Breaker is one of them. It is smart, nicely made, and entertaining.
