Computer programming is a class everyone eventually should take. For me, it was the ultimate freshman year burden. When choosing classes, I had to choose between C++ and Java, and obviously, I chose C++. So, I got some books, and one of them was this one. C++ Programming...well, the title is self-explanatory. The book teaches you just about everything you need to know about C++ computer programming. The 1555-page book goes from the basic components of the PC to the standard template library and algorithms. It gives you to-the-point information you need to know, then gives you tons of examples so that you can fully understand the material. Then, it gives you sample codes that include the stuff that you just learned, so you know just exactly how to write it out to create a program. I really loved this book, as whenever I didn't understand something in class, I went straight to this book. I highly recommend it to all you other computer geeks out there!
