I purchased this frog statue from TJ Maxx. He is about 8" tall. He is made from an unknown metal. It looks like copper that has been aged, much like The Statue of Liberty. He has a stately crown on his head, with his arms crossed behind his back. He has a very funny expression on his face. It is somewhat like a frown, but don't worry, he is not sad in his garden. That's just his face!
A problem with the design of this statue is that it is prone to tipping backward. That is why there is a rock on his feet in my pictures. If the rock was not there, he would be flat on his back. If this did not happen, perhaps King Froggy would get a perfect overall score, but unfortunately that is not the case. He is somewhat light which might contribute to the tipping factor. It is also possible that maybe he is not designed to stand on soil.
I am glad I bought the frog figurine for my garden. Whenever I see him out there, it definitely brings a smile to my face.
