Langub Beach Resort is a wonderful white beach resort located in Sipalay City, southern Negros Occidental, Philippines.
If you are looking for a place to unwind, then Langub is it. Langub is part of the strip of white sand beaches in Sipalay City. But what makes Langub unique is that although it is not separated from the main island, it cannot be reached by land either on car or on foot. One has to take a short pumpboat ride in order to reach the resort. And this makes Langub unique. It is far from the main city and is secluded. It is very quite there with lots of palm trees so there are many shaded areas. Plus of course, there is a lot of space for sunbathing!
Activities that you can do there are snorkeling, diving, and boating. Other than that, there is not much. You cannot bring food to cook but you can order from their restaurant, a bit pricey though. Accommodations are airconditioned but have simple amenities. But good enough. The place is a bit expensive but with all the price and effort to go there, a group trip would be nice.
Going to the Philippines, one has to travel by plane to Manila, the capital of the Philippines. From Manila, another one hour plane ride to Bacolod City, the capital of Negros Occidental. From Bacolod it is just a three-hour drive to Sipalay City and there are good roads. The only thing is, a pumpboat ride is needed to reach Langub Beach Resort.
