I purchased the Bebe Sounds prenatal heart monitor brand new from ebay.ca to hear my unborn baby in my womb. I the packaging was cute with a picture of expectant parents using the product. What won me over was the blurb on the back of the package stating; 'Completely safe - no AC current, ultrasound, or radio waves used.' I also liked the fact that you could record and email your baby's heartbeat.

After thouroughly reading the manual I decided to give it a try. I was 25 weeks pregnant so the baby should've been big enough to hear its heart beat. Well, I couldn't! No matter here I positioned the listner all I could her was wooshing noises or my own heartbeat. I did not give up on this product initially and tried consistantly for several weeks to hear my baby's hearbeat without success.

Although I loved the idea of hearing my baby's heartbeat in the womb and thought that this product would be truly amazing, it did not live up to my expectaions and I was truly disappointed.
