The Canon Powershot S410 is, by now, a fairly obsolete camera. I recieved it several years ago as a gift, so I'm not sure of the original price.
This camera is fairly average. It was one of the smallest cameras available when it was bought, but is fairly bulky compared to some of the new cameras. The same applies to its resolution. It's a 4 megapixel camera, which was good at the time, but only OK now. The camera's display screen is also quite small, especially compared to the overall size of the camera.
One of the most annoying features of this camera is that it is very easy to switch it into panoramic or movie mode without noticing, which causes a lot of unintentional movies. Space is essentially unlimited, since you can switch out CompactFlash cards at will, although the included card is very small at only 32MB.
All in all, there's nothing really bad about this camera, it's just unremarkable. It would probably be quite cheap by now, and it's lasted me years with no real problems, so it's a decent buy if you're on a budget.
