Cough and flu are some of the commonly found illnesses on kids especially during summer. I had this vitamin brand since my first born. From dropper to spoon now that’s how I trusted and relied on this vitamin C for my kids. I usually give them 1 tablespoon a day after breakfast as maintenance and protection. I noticed with my kids that they seldom get cough and flu even on summer and even when expose to other kids who have these. I think it really boost their immune system to fight against these basic illnesses. I just double the dosage (1 tbsp in the morning and 1 tbsp at night) for 3 days when I notice that they starting to cough or sneeze. What I like most is that I don’t have a hard time making them take the vitamin because they like the orange flavor of it.
