I have been using Montagne Juenesse face masks for years, almost a decade. I have really sensitive skin and cant stand certain products, for example my face will puff up and turn red and hot. I have never had any problems with Montagne Juenesse.
Their products are made with natural ingredients, and are vegetarian approved, some are even vegan!!
The masque i am reviewing is their chocolate mud masque. It is a fun cool and interesting masque. The smell of it for some reason reminds me of the Allen solid chocolate easter bunnies, i guess because it is a chocolate mask after all!! The masque contains cocoa butter, cocoa shell powder, shea butter, kaolin, mediterranean clay, glycerin, and dead sea salt as some of the main ingredients.
The feel of my skin after leaving this masque on for the recommended 10-15 min(i keep it on for 15min) is soft and smooth, the lines on my forehead and around my eyes are noticibly smoother in appearance, my skin seems to glow, pores unblocked, and my skin feels nicely moisturizrd and a little more hydrated.
All Montagne Juenesse masques come in little packets of 20g or 0.7oz, this masque for me has about 2-3 applications, even applied liberally. To keep the masque from drying out i only open a small slit on the top corner.
A nice treat for an at home spa, light some scented candles and lower the lights, and sit in a beautifully scented bubblebath, maybe with some decadent chocolate and champagne!!
