MY STORYI had given my hair grey streaks. My natural colour is black, as any other Chinese gal. I was going for some kinda punk look. I was first given a purple shampoo by Schwarzkopf. This kept my hair grey, as it was supposed to. Although, I had to pour on massive amounts and keep it in my hair for a good 10 mins a few times a week. This was only sold in a jumbo size, cost a lot, left residue on my scalp, and some other bads I'll leave for a separate review.MY EXPERIENCEThe OkayThe smell was SOOOO strong. I could absolutely smell it for the next DAY or so. It's OKAY though because it's not neccessarily a BAD smell (not to my nostrils with the horrible sense of smell anyway ..NOTE that if I can smell this for the next day, a regular set of nostrils will smell this for probably longer). I also say that it smells OKAY because the Schwarzkopf smelled much much worse. Also unlike the Schwarzkopf, this shampoo didn't seem to dry my hair out.The BadThere's a slimy consistency. And worse of all, this did not maintain my grey colour whatsoever. I poured ginormous amounts on and left it in for 15 minuts a few times a week, to the point where one bottle would only last me a good 2 weeks. My hair looked an ALMOST platinum blonde. I didn't want any sort of yellow to show, and there was still that pale tone of yellow to it.This ultimately deemed the product useless to me, and that was the bottom line of it. I shall not be repurchasing.
