I have been using Edge Shaving Gels for many years now. I unfortunately have to shave my legs every day. I hate having razor stubble and tried professional waxing a few times until top layers of my skin came off as well. My husband got tired of me using his Edge all the time, so I started getting my own can.
Edge Gel is a Gel, NOT a Shaving Cream. It comes out as a gel but lathers right up as if it were a cream.
Edge Advanced Shaving Gel, Extra Moisturizing with Vitamin E is probably my favorite of the Edge Gels. I like that it moisturizes my legs and I also use a 4 blade men's razor to get the closest shave possible. Shick recommend using at least a twin blade for best results. I can count less than a handful of times over the years that I have actually knicked myself. This gel allows the blade to glide right over the skin, without cuts and I have even pushed my blades to the max by not changing them out as often as I should. This gel always gives me a close shave on my legs. And that's a lot more skin than what's on a man's face.
On behalf of the women out there, I'd like to highly recommend Edge Advanced Shaving Gel. I don't see a reason to spend more money on the shaving gels they label and market for women, especially since the cans are normally higher priced with less content.
If you haven't tried any of these gels, try Edge Advanced Shaving Gel, Extra Moisturizing with Vitamin E. I am sure you'll like it too.
