Three patients escape from an asylum, kill three circus clowns, take their disguises, and go on a killing spree. They meet three young boys alone in their home and terrorizing them.

This is a very creepy on many levels. It has clowns, mental patients, darkness, stalking, creepy music, and suspense. One unique thing is that it has no topless girls or sex scenes. Don't get me wrong, hot scenes are goood, but it's refreshing to not be distracted by bouncing and gyrating women and just watch the scary story. This truly is required material for horror fans!

I think that the boys act well, The clowns do not speak, so their performances are purely in their movements and facial expression.

The story is simple - a no think movie. The atmosphere is very suspenseful and will keep viewers glued to the screen. There are very few SFX; basically just clown disguises There is little gore.

It uses an eerie set of songs and background sounds, which does great things for horror films.

The cinematography is excellent with scenes that aredark and shadowy, which add to the suspense and mystery.

This is a horror masterpiece. Nothing is perfect but I think this comes close.
