Before I was married, I loved to join aerobic classes (I was offered to be an aerobic instructor but I refused.. lol..), dance with my friends (we create a dance group and did perform in many events), jog, and go to the gym. All in all, I was a sport girl back then. So being a sport girl, I couldn't be far from what we call, sweat. Yes, I sweat a lot, and am very easy to sweat (even a small heat, or being panic, is just enough to make me sweat). My hubby sometimes called me, "sweaty", instead of "sweety"... lol.. Besides a towel, I needed something that could reduce my sweat during my exercises. When I noticed other members in my aerobic classes that I joined, they wore some kind of wrist band. I asked one of them what did it do, she said it was for reducing her perspiration. Okay I got that. The next morning I found myself hunting for these wrist band, or sweat band actually. One of the wrist bands that I bought was this, Spy wrist band. It has a logo of Spy brand (something resembles paramedic/ambulance logo) and it comes with various color. I bought the dark green one only, since I didn't like other colors. It's stretchy so it would fit on any wrist size. Mine happens to be a small one, so I don't feel any hard times wearing it, in fact it feels very comfy on my wrist. And the best of all is that it really absorbs my sweat in my hand, though not much, and it can be used as a stylish accesories when exercising. I don't exercise much now, but I still wear this whenever I exercise. This is a great product!
