Cool Water Eau de Toilette by Davidoff has been around, to the best of my knowledge, about twenty years, and it's not going away anytime soon. It originates out of Paris, like most great parfums do.
I first started wearing Cool Water about fifteen, twenty, years ago. It's what all the "cool" guys started wearing. It's how the fragrance is clearly, unabashedly, and outrightly, marketed-to the "cool" guys. It's genius, too, because Cool Water still has a strong presence on men's cologne, or parfum, counters everywhere.
Besides why I first started wearing Cool Water, the fragrance is quite distinctive and appealing to me-but especially to the women. They can smell it a mile away-not that you put so much on that they can smell it a mile away-that's not cool.
The fragrance waifs an intense freshness of peppermint, spicy coriander, and a cool, but not overpowering, musk-very cool.
It's worth every penny I've paid from the first bottle several years ago to the last few sprays I now savor several bottles later. If you're in the market for a new cologne, Cool Water is one to definately check out.
