My eyeglass frame got broken. The left side of the frame holding the lens loses its contact. The screw is in bad shape so I used my Turbo Glue to fix it before. Yesterday it broke again so I need to fix it with the glue but to my surprise no Turbo Glue in the cabinet. I went to the nearby Handy Man store but no Turbo Glue to my avail.
Sometimes it is not bad to try other brands where not used to use and so that's what I did. I check one by one the different glue available in the store and I ended up buying this Cord Bulldog Super Glue for wood and leather. The back of the label says it could bonds metals, rubber, paper, pottery, wood, ceramics, boxboards, vinyl, leather, glass, plastics and aluminum.
One thing that convinced me to try this brand is the commercial I seen on TV. So upon arriving home I got excited to fix my frame. I cleaned the surface and applied a few of it. To my surprise it bonds instantly in seconds as compared to my Turbo Glue. The excesses, even on my skin, can be easily removed and I am really amazed with the glue power of this brand.
Thanks to my trying! Now I found a super glue that really bonds instantly.
