Maped is one of my favorite brands to use whenever I do my arts and crafts. I like the durable and quality of the products of Maped so most of my items ranging from erasers, pencil sharpeners, rulers and scissors are from the same maker.

I do not have any electronic cutting die machine unlike most crafters. I only rely on my Maped scissors and templates to cut shapes and curves.

This 5-blades Crea Cut scissors from Maped has so many to offer. Apart from the 5 various designs that I can change using one "main scissor applicator", I can make plenty of crooked and curved designs for my handmade cards and other projects.

This set of 5 various designs of blades come in a clear hard plastic with handle and stand. Each set of blades have their own nook where you can put them back when you are done. Also, as I mentioned earlier, the main scissor applicator does look like a scissor but you can snap the blades out of the case and replace them with any of the other designs but snapping them in. The stand also comes with a case and handle for easy storage when you are done with your craft.

It is made of hard plastic with fiberglass to ensure high quality cut and safety. Also, it can only be used on paper, not on hair and fabric which is good. You can let your younger children use this scissors without worrying much if they are experimenting with their hair bangs!

The only problem I have with this set of scissors is that you cannot cut a very thick cardstock. I think the maximum it can cut without giving you painful thumbs is about 80 gms and no more than that.

All in all, I am one satisfied user.
