I'm not a big fan of working out. It's something I know I should do, but rarely want to do it. And with a baby at home I don't have a lot of time. When my son was about 6 months old, I put this DVD on one day while he was napping and discovered it was the perfect toning DVD for someone with very little time.
This DVD contains nine 10 minute workouts, targeting the abs, arms and legs, and buns (3 for each). At the beginning you can program up to 3 workouts in any order you want. You can do all 3 ab workouts, one of each, or whatever combonation you choose. I tend to get bored easily so I love being able to switch up my routine without needing a bunch of different workout videos.
When I started doing this video, I was pretty out of shape. The routines were easy to follow and hard for me at first. I did what I could to start and after a few weeks, I could do 3 in a row without any problems. The instructors were motivating and not annoying like some I've seen. I also found that even if I didn't feel like working out, I'd program 3 workouts and tell myself to do at least one. Usually once I got started, I go ahead and finish all 3.
I admit that I'm once again not working out regularly, but when I was using this workout I saw results. Everything was firmer and I felt stronger. Hmmm... I guess I should start using this again, instead of just writing about it!
