Crest Pro Health is something my dental hygienist recommended to me. After having an appointment with her I had some questions on what kind of rinse to use for good periodontal care. I had thought Listerine would be her recommendation but to my surprise she said Crest Pro Health. One of the main reasons is that Listerine has a very high alcohol content and Crest Pro Health does not. I have children at home and so this was an important reason to me. You would not want little ones taking a sip of Listerine and swallowing it. Having the Crest Pro Health makes it less of a dangerous thing to have around. The Crest Pro Health is a great way to keep your mouth clean and fresh. It has a really nice minty taste. It is not mediciny in any way but is a pleasant taste and after using it your mouth and breath have a nice scent. It claims to work for 12 hours. It also kills germs and bacteria in your mouth that can contribute to periodontal disease. I brush in the morning and evening and follow that with a swishing of Crest Pro Health. Coupled also with flossing I hope that this regimine will help keep my mouth and teeth healthy and strong.
Crest Pro Health is readily available at your drug stores, grocery stores and Walmarts and Targets. Crest is a name you can trust in dental care as they have been around for ages. I believe for the large bottle I paid around $5 but it does last quite a while. I would really recommend this product.
