With so many different things in the dental lane of the supermarket with the word "whitening", it's kinda like an "eenie-meenie-miney-moe" situation picking one. I have no clue what these ingredients to, I can barely pronounce them. So, I grabbed a box of this Crest Vivid White toothpaste. By the look of the box, you'd think it's specifically targeted at whitening, less at the whole cavity fighting stuff that other all-around toothpastes pitch.
Nevertheless, this stuff won't perform miracles. If you have some hardcore coffee or tea stains, or you generally haven't used whitening methods before, you're not going ot have spotlight teeth overnight. Maybe after you empty a tube of this, you'll be a few shades lighter, but the nice thing is that after you've used it for a while, consistent use will keep the whiteness there.
I highly doubt this is much different from the rest of the whitening products out there. A lot of the boxes I saw have the same ingredients. Always go by the ingredients, not the flashy logos.
