When my daughter started Kindergarten 5 years ago I was introduced to an new sport known as cup stacking. If you've never seen kids compete in cup stacking tournaments then you are really missing out. The speed at which my daughter can stack these cups and then collapse them is absolutely amazing and wonderful to watch. What is great about the toy is that it teaches hand-eye coordination as well as helps with concentration and other cognativie functions.
With the glow in the dark cup stacking kit you get 12 glow in the dark cups, a mat (it is near impossible to play without a mat due to the cups slipping too much) that also glows in the dark, a light up LCD timer, two wrtistbands that of course glow in the dark and a Speed Stacker bag to carry everything.
My daughter started participating in this sport when she was 5 and still enjoys it at almost 10. My two year old loves the cups and can stack a few but obviously he is to young to really "play" this game. He does however like to carry M & Ms in the cups when my daughter isn't looking.
