I recently did a survey to get some free samples of Curel products. Well, I received the samples and I'm now doing a review on one of them.
Curel has come out with three new moisture lotions that are called Life's Stages for different stages in a woman's life. One is for pregnancy and motherhood. Well, I'm past that stage. One is for menopause and beyond, which I was interested in, and one is for the first signs of aging. That is the one I'm doing this review on. I will do a review on the menopause and beyond lotion separately.
The First Signs of Aging Moisture Lotion is nice to use. It has a slight fragrance, not unpleasant, which will not compete with any perfumes you might happen to be wearing. The lotion has a slightly thicker texture, which is nice because it is easier to apply and does not drip through your fingers. There is no greasy feel to this lotion, and it is dermatologist tested as well. It can be used on the face and body, though I have just tried it on my body because with rosacea I have to be extremely careful what I use on my face. The First Signs of Aging is a youth-defense moisture lotion, containing collagen, vitamins C & E and skin hydrators. Upon application, it made my skin feel hydrated and soft. I was impressed with it and found it very pleasant to use.
This lotion was created to improve the appearance of dull skin, help to reduce redness and even out skin tone. The claim is that improvement should be seen and felt in one week. Well, I just started using it, but so far I really like it and think I might buy some at the store and see how it does.
