Most health experts are quick to tell you how much water you should drink on any given day. Some say 6-8 full 8oz. glasses per day, while others will tell you the number of ounces should equal twice your body weight, especially if you are very active.
Fast food chains were quick to jump on the band wagon, with most now offering bottled water on the menu. With that in mind, I was happy to see bottled water on the McDonalds drive through menu! Dasani water, too! Even better!
After paying $1.29, an average price for a full bottle of water obtained in "convenience capacity" such as fast food restaurants, I received my water. I can't tell you how disappointed I was to receive a mere 16.9 ounce bottle. Most bottles of water seem to be between 20 and 24 ounces and the bottle is visibly smaller than normal.
While the water was as good as bottled water can get, I was disapointed that Dasani would allow their brand name to be on a subpar product. If I'm paying full-price, I expect the full product. Keep drinking Dasani - just dont' buy it at McDonalds restaurants!
