I have never been one to pay extra for something "special" when it comes to everyday items, especially when it comes to cleaning products like dish soap and laundry products. I usually just get what smells good and is the best deal for the price. My husband on the other hand takes the time to look at "specialty" products and is more willing to give them a try.
I recently had a baby and my husband instantly went into cleaning and sanitizing mode! He went to the grocery store to get some hand sanitizer and came home with this direct foam too. At first I didn't really give a second thought about it, I thought it was just expensive dish soap. But now I LOVE it! I have found it to be a great addition to our kitchen cleaning soaps.
The main things I use this direct foam for is to clean my breastfeeding items and to wash my hands. Because this soap comes out in a sudsy foam already, it makes it easy to clean the little parts of my breastfeeding pump. When I use regular dish soap to clean my things, I can never tell if all the liquid soap has been flushed through or is still stuck to the plastic. With the foam, I know it is all clean and ready to go.
The pump says you can get 250 pumps out of one bottle, but I'm not sure about that. I didn't count how many pumps I got out of the first bottle, but it's almost out and it seemed to go faster than I thought it would. Even so, I will keep buying this Direct Foam because it makes cleaning my small things and my hands so much easier!
