I knew nothing about this book until my mother-in-law lent it to me to read. I am not in debt, Thank God, but with the economy in bad shape and finances on the decline, I thought this book would be good to read at this time. You can never be too informed.
Kevin Trudeau seems to know his stuff. He blows the whistle on credit card companies, lending agencies, banks, student loan organizations, etc., and informs the reader on how these companies keep the misinformed consumer in debt with astronomical fees that just keep piling up. I was angry when I read about how these organizations operate, and how they are only too happy to take the consumer's last dime and leave him in debt. Kevin Trudeau advises the reader on how to eliminate debt completely, or at least minimize it to the point where it is easier to handle. He informs the reader on how important a high credit score is and how to get one if you don't already have it. He also informs the reader on how to get a free copy of your credit report and how to check it accurately to make certain it does not have any errors. He advises that 90% of all credit reports have errors which need to be corrected, as these errors can pull down your overall credit score and have a hugh impact on your credit.
Kevin Trudeau has also included chapters on how to get free money, grants that you can apply for which do not have to be paid back.
I was very interested in reading this book, and if you are saddled with debt, I think reading Debt Cures would be of great value to you.
