I have to start off by saying that this is a biased review because I absolutely LOVE Brand New. I personally enjoy this album very much. Mostly because of the amount of emotion that they put into their music. The artist brings a very real sense of heartbreak and betrayal throughout the entire album, which most teens my age can relate to in some way or another. Deja Entendu is Brand New's second album and was released in 2003. The track list is as follows:

1. Tautou

2. Sic Transit Gloria...Glory Fades

3. I Will Play Games Beneath the Spin Light

4. Okay I Believe You, But my Tommy Gun Don't

5. The Quiet Things That Noone Ever Knows

6. The Boy Who Blocked His Own Shot

7. Jaws Theme Swimming

8. Me vs. Maradona vs. Elvis

9. Guernica

10. Good to Know That if I Ever Need Attention All I Have to do is Die

11. Play Crack The Sky

My personal favorite song is "Play Crack the Sky". Most people think it's about the Titanic but I believe it is more of a metaphor for lost love. If you are having an off day or just feel the uncontrollable need to listen to semi-depressing music while eating an entire half gallon of Ben & Jerry's, this is your go to CD. I believe that everyone should give this CD a listen, even if it's not your preferred taste in music. You may end up liking it as much as I do.
