With Air travel almost becoming a thing of the past I find it hard to wrap my head around Delta's customer service. The morning started at 3am for me and my travelers. I live 20min from the Portland, Or. airport we arrive 2 1/2 hours early, waited in a line after speaking with an agent. The agent told us what line to get in so we did we waited 35 min. When it was my turn to check in the counter the representive told me I as in the wrong line. She said you need to wait in the FULL SERVICE CHECK IN. I got in this other line and waited and waited and waited. We waited for 1 hour and 10 min finally we reach the counter and got our boarding passes. We went throught security. When we arrived at our gate the plane was getting ready to pull away from the gate. We ran and boarded the plane. The plane was so tiny, god forbid if you have big hips (which I do) you would never fit in the seats. I was very disapointed with delta.
Going home was a little less stressful we checked in at skycab and the agent was a dream to deal with he checked our bags in which usually they charge you $3.00 a bag, but he did not charge us so I tipped him $10.00. I felt a llittle better about flying with Delta but I will not fly with Delta ever again.
